What is 🛡️ The Approval Refund Guarantee?
We are so confident about all of resources we have included in this package that if:

In simple language, if your application is refused due to non-complex reasons, and it was because you did not meet the legal definition of defacto relationship, spousal relationship or intention to marry (for PMV cases) you will be eligible for the refund.
If any couple feel they will have complications with any of the abovementioned, then the Veazy package is not suitable for you and we would recommend speaking with a qualified Migration Agent or Lawyer.
1. You do decide to purchase before the cart closes; and
2. You submit your Partner visa application (Subclass 820, 309 or PMV) at least 3 months after your purchase, and
3. If your Partner visa application is refused by the DHA
We will refund your entire payment*, no matter how long the decision takes with the DHA.

Is Veazy® suitable for all cases?
Veazy® is not suitable in cases where there are Health, Character, Sponsorship Limitations or the applicant is not the holder of a substantive visa at the Time of Application (i.e. Section 48 Bar or Schedule 3 Waivers). Veazy® is suitable in all other cases (relating to Subclass 820, 309 and PMV applications).
What if I have already been granted my temporary partner visa (Subclass 820 or 309) - can I use Veazy® to prepare my permanent stage application?
Not yet. However, permanent stage Partner visa preparation is coming very soon to Veazy®. Watch this space!
Do I need to install anything to use Veazy®
No! Veazy® is 100% cloud based and secure (SSL 256 Bit Encyption).
Can I use Veazy® on my mobile or tablet?
Although accessible on any device, to get the most out of the features built into the software, we reccommend accessing your account on a desktop/laptop.
Does Veazy® connect to the IMMI portal and submit my application for me?
No. There is unfortunately no way to currently connect Veazy® with the Australian Government systems. That being said, as soon as this is a possibility we will look to build this integration and functionality into the software.
